About the Practice

Hope Rebuilt, LLC, a thriving group counseling practice in Tempe, Arizona that provides comprehensive outpatient treatment for adults, adolescents and children. Our practice is contracted to serve clients with BCBS, Aetna and United Healthcare/Optum Insurance plans. Maraeca Butler, MC, LPC and Laura Churchill, MC, LPC are co-owners and lead therapists at Hope Rebuilt, LLC. We each have over two decades of experience in the field and have been operating the practice since 2015. To best serve our clients and the community, we are looking to add a PMHNP who can provide evidence-based medication management and an additional layer of excellent care to out client’s treatment team.

We provide our contractors with administrative support, including in-house billing, furnished office space, marketing, business cards, EHR and referalls.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients across various age groups, including children and adults.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans utilizing psychopharmacology, therapy techniques, and other modalities aligned with best practices.
  • Prescribe and monitor medication management, including antidepressants, antipsychotics, and other psychiatric medications, ensuring safe administration and adherence to regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members such as therapists are other necessary providers to coordinate holistic patient care.
  • Provide telehealth services utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to ensure seamless documentation and communication.
  • Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to foster understanding and engagement.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions.
  • Willingness to contract or currently in-network with BCBS, Aetna and UHC plans.

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with current certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent.
  • Active Arizona APRN license
  • Valid DEA and NPI
  • Demonstrated experience in outpatient mental health settings with proficiency in psychiatric assessments and medication management.
  • Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, including medication indications, side effects, and monitoring protocols.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, or seniors; familiarity with behavioral health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and eating disorders is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of clinical research practices related to mental health treatments is a plus; familiarity with ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases) is beneficial. Pay: $90.00 - $120.00 per hour
