Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Seniors Program Remote / Hybrid | $85/Hour

Harmony Road Recovery is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team serving seniors throughout New York State.

This position is primarily remote, with occasional site visits as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric and medical assessments for senior patients
• Evaluate mental health needs and develop treatment recommendations
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications when appropriate
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and other members of the care team
• Provide clinical oversight and delegate appropriate tasks to Medical Assistants (MAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with adult or geriatric populations
• Experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Medicare credentialing experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• $85 per hour
