As our practice continues to grow, we are excited to expand our services by welcoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who shares our commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.

Position Overview

We are seeking a PMHNP-BC to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services to teens, adolescents, and adults through a fully remote practice model.

This role is ideal for a provider who values collaboration with therapists, enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients, and believes medication management works best when combined with a thoughtful understanding of the whole person.

Candidates who already practice independently in Illinois are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
  • Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with therapists to support coordinated care and improved outcomes
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in occasional team consultation and collaboration opportunities

Qualifications

  • Active Illinois APRN license
  • Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
  • Current DEA registration
  • Eligible to practice independently in Illinois
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Experience providing psychiatric care to adolescents and/or adults
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable providing services via telehealth
