Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner: VA, MD, DC, MN

PMHNPs — we are building an integrated psychiatry + therapy model where providers actually collaborate and clients get real care.

We are bringing on 1–2 PMHNPs to grow with us.

This is NOT a high-volume, churn-and-burn practice.

What we focus on:

* Integrated care: med management + therapy when clinically appropriate

*Real collaboration with therapists (not just parallel care)

* Client population: “working well” mostly women struggling with narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, ADHD, perimenopause

*Building actual relationships with clients, not just quick scripts

For providers who want to grow clinically, we offer optional support in:

* Integrating psychotherapy techniques into psychiatric sessions

*Attachment-based and trauma-informed frameworks

Because we believe the best psychiatric care doesn’t stop at the prescription pad.

* Aligned with the idea that sustainable caseloads produce better outcomes for everyone

Currently prioritizing providers licensed in Virginia, DC, Maryland, or Minnesota, but open to other states for the right fit.
