Psychiatric NP or Psychiatrist — Part-Time, Utah

Help us launch Spravato and med management. Build a practice inside one of Utah's most innovative brain health clinics.

NeuroLife Healing is launching an esketamine (Spravato) program in partnership with J&J, and we're looking for a Utah-licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist to anchor the clinical side as it grows.

This isn't a typical contract role. We're looking for one provider who wants to build something with us — not just bill hours.

Who we are

We're a Murray-based, integrative mental health clinic specializing in advanced brain-based therapies that go beyond the standard "meds and talk therapy" model. Our patients come to us because they've already tried the usual route and they want something better. We're 4.8 stars on Google with a small, tight team that cares about outcomes, not throughput.

In Network with most insurance carriers. 2nd provider willa need credentialing.

• MeRT TMS — neuro-guided TMS personalized to each patient's qEEG, in partnership with Wave Neuro
• Standard TMS on NeuroStar and Apollo devices
• qEEG Brain Mapping (NeuroMapping)
• Customized Neurofeedback
• Lifestyle Coaching w/ plan to compliment treatment and after care
• Spravato (esketamine) — launching now

Influences on our philosophy include Dr. Daniel Amen and Andrew Huberman. We believe real healing comes from addressing root causes — brain and mind — not just managing symptoms.

What you'd be doing

The clinical role:

• Anchor our Spravato launch — patient enrollment, prior authorizations, REMS supervision, treatment oversight
• Be on-site twice weekly to start (cadence grows as the program grows)
• Conduct psych evaluations for new patients (in-office or telehealth)
• Perform motor threshold exams for TMS patients as needed

The entrepreneurial layer — and this is what makes the role different:

While you're on-site supervising Spravato patients (who are being monitored by our trained techs), your time is largely yours. The vision: stack your income while you're here.

• See your own med-management patients in our office
• Conduct psych evals — yours or ours
• Bring your existing practice into our space when it's convenient for you

We provide the office, the trained techs, the front-desk infrastructure, REMS certification, and the supervision arrangement. You bring your license, your clinical judgment, and — if you want it — your own practice. We'd rather you earn well and stay long-term than waste a supervision window waiting for the clock to run out.

Compensation: $150–$250/hour for clinic work, with the exact rate based on your license, experience, and availability — we'll work it out together. Add a collaborative arrangement around supervision-time reimbursement, plus any income from your own practice while you're with us.

Who we're looking for

• Curious about — and respectful of — neuromodulation, ketamine-based care, and integrative approaches. Prior TMS or ketamine experience is a plus, but we provide full training and cover all training costs.
• Believes mental health is about more than prescriptions
• Wants to actually know their patients
• Has, or is willing to grow into, an entrepreneurial mindset — this role rewards initiative
• Communicates directly, professionally, and warmly
• Active Utah medical license

Who this isn't for: providers looking for a high-volume, 15-minute med-management mill. That's not what we do here.

Why this matters

Spravato gives patients with treatment-resistant depression a real, FDA-approved option when standard antidepressants haven't worked. Pairing it with our existing MeRT TMS, Neurofeedback, and Inner Work programs gives patients something genuinely rare: a coordinated, neuroscience-grounded path to recovery. If you've ever wanted to practice psychiatry the way it should be practiced, this is that environment.
