Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We have an opening for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in our exciting mobile practice focusing on wellness and disease management within the geriatric community. Our focus is in assisted living, memory care communities.

We are offering a full time position to Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to better serve our clients medical and psychiatric needs. We work Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays. There will be a minimal on call schedule. At My Mobile MD, you will find a team that is supportive and caring. We have tried to build a work environment that exemplifies teamwork and collaboration.

Being a mobile practice we go out to Assisted Living and Memory Care units to provide services. We usually go to 1 community each day and all of our facilities weekly. We are looking for someone willing to staff both our Bloomington (3 days/week) and Columbus (2 days/week) locations.

My Mobile MD manages both medical and psych services. We have a full time LPN covering each community and a full time Medical NP and Psych NP that usually cover 2-4 communities. Starting base pay is typically around $125k but with our incentive structure, our NPs average closer to $170k/year. Mileage is not reimbursed.

This position offers a lot of autonomy. Due to the unique nature of the position, we ask our potential hires to participate in a 2 hour shadow with one of our training providers. Due to the complex nature of the position, we do not hire new grads. Experience is required.

It is a very exciting practice that we have built over the past 10 years. We are the preferred provider or medical director in each community we serve in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky and West Virginia. Our reputation in the industry is vastly growing! All we need is you!

Qualifications
- Must have a valid PMHNP license
-Must have experience with adults, preferably geriatrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
