Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Lotus Psychiatric Center is a private outpatient mental health practice that serves the Middle Tennessee area, with offices located in Hermitage, Mt Juliet, and Gallatin TN. We are looking to expand our team and are searching for a passionate PMHNP to join us! We are a collaborative team of mental health professionals who value maintaining a positive, supportive work culture, and who prioritize work life balance. The ideal candidate for this position has strong interpersonal skills, utilizes a collaborative patient-centered approach, and values providing quality care. This position is hybrid, with telehealth and in-office appointments utilized.

Duties:

-Diagnose individuals based on psychiatric evaluation, develop treatment plans, prescribe and manage medications, and provide supportive psychotherapy.
- Collaborate with other providers to ensure continuity of care
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely

Requirements:
- Valid APRN license in TN
- Board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner
- Valid DEA
- 3+ years experience as a PMHNP

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
