Imperial Health & Wellness Center is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient psychiatric practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider seeking a supportive environment, flexible schedule, and long-term growth.

Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 annually (based on productivity and experience)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Provide medication management and follow-up care
• Diagnose and treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and mood disorders
• Monitor medication effectiveness and side effects
• Provide psychoeducation and treatment planning
• Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical team
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR

Qualifications

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Active Texas License (Required)
• DEA License (Required)
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred (New graduates considered with strong training)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience with outpatient psychiatry preferred
