• PMHNP Wanted – 50% Collections | Team-Based Practice with Built-in Referrals

Job Description:

Regional Psychiatry is seeking an experienced PMHNP to join our team on a 1099 basis at 50% of collections.

We are a physician-owned integrative psychiatry practice looking for a clinically strong provider who wants to focus on patient care rather than building a caseload or handling administrative work.

• Strong administrative and clinical support — our Evaluation & Referral (E&R) team handles new patient intake and matching, so you don’t have to market or chase referrals
• Opportunity to see both traditional outpatient patients and patients stepping down from higher levels of care through our facility partnerships
• Collaborative environment with access to MD supervision and a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers)
• Full administrative support including billing, credentialing, scheduling, and prior authorizations
• Flexible scheduling with clinical autonomy

About the Role:

This position is ideal for a PMHNP who wants a steady flow of patients without the burden of running their own practice. You will provide medication management via telehealth with a focus on high-quality, longitudinal care. You’ll have the option to work with a mix of general outpatient patients and facility step-down work if desired.

We handle the operational side so you can focus on clinical work.

Requirements:

• Active Florida PMHNP license
• DEA license with ability to prescribe controlled substances
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience as a PMHNP preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR documentation
• Strong clinical judgment and interest in collaborative care
