Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient scheduling and manage appointments
- Process medication refill requests and route to the provider
- Handle prior authorizations with insurance companies
- Monitor and route patient portal messages
- Answer phone calls related to medications, scheduling, and general inquiries
- Communicate with pharmacies regarding prescriptions and refills
- Support the PMHNP with administrative and workflow tasks
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic systems
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Preferred (but not required):
- Interest in healthcare, nursing, psychology, or behavioral health
- Experience in a medical office or administrative setting
- Familiarity with insurance processes or prior authorizations
- Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Work Environment & Expectations:
This is an on-site position with scheduled working hours. The role operates in a low-directive environment and requires someone who can stay organized, manage tasks independently, and follow through without constant oversight.
