Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) – McKinney

Position Overview:
Faith Behavioral Health is seeking a Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) who is interested in building a long-term professional relationship and growing with our practice. This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The PA will primarily manage patient care at our Fort Worth location, with remote physician supervision. To ensure a smooth transition and support clinical success, the selected provider will receive several weeks of training and onboarding before independently managing the clinic.

Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Provide follow-up care for established patients
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with the supervising physician when needed
Manage patient care independently after training

Compensation:
From $50 to $70 per hour

Qualifications:
Licensed Physician Assistant in Texas
Psychiatry or behavioral health experience preferred
Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
Interest in building a long-term role within the practice

Training & Support:
The provider will receive several weeks of training and support to become familiar with clinic workflows, documentation systems, and patient care processes before transitioning to independent clinic management.
