Psychiatric Provider (PMHNP/ Psychiatric PA /Psychiatrist) - Mobile Primary Care

As a Seva Medical Psychiatric Provider, you will care for our patients by supporting their behavioral and mental health needs. You will focus on delivering care with an emphasis on compassionate service to improve quality of life within the comfort of patients’ homes and communities.

This role includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy, working both autonomously and in close collaboration with primary care providers and the broader care team.

The Psychiatric Provider will collaborate closely with the primary care provider to deliver integrated, whole-person care that aligns behavioral health with each patient’s overall medical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Provide medication management for behavioral health conditions
• Deliver psychotherapy based on patient needs
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, and community staff
• Utilize standardized screening tools (e.g., PHQ-9) as part of patient care workflows
• Document encounters accurately and timely within the EMR
• Participate in care coordination for complex patients
• Support behavioral health integration within primary care settings

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Psychiatric Physician Assistant, or Psychiatrist
• Active Washington State license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with geriatric or long-term care populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach and a commitment to building meaningful relationships with patients, families, and community partners
• Reliable transportation and comfort working in a hybrid/mobile care model

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
