Psychiatric Technician (7am - 7pm)

Open Shifts include:

Full Time- 7am-7pm

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Technician to join our mental health facility. The ideal candidate will assist in the care and treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders under the supervision of medical staff.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct patient care under the guidance of healthcare professionals

- Monitor and document patient behaviors and vital signs

- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans

- Help patients with daily activities

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a safe and therapeutic environment

**Skills:**

- **Required Skills:**

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff

- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations

- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methods

- Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records

- **Nice-to-have Skills:**

- Certification as a Psychiatric Technician or related field

- Experience working in a psychiatric or mental health setting

- Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques
