Responsibilities

• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient follow-ups efficiently to optimize clinician availability
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers through secure messaging platforms and phone calls
• Prepare and organize clinical documentation, including intake forms, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Assist with billing processes by verifying insurance information and processing payments or claims as directed
• Support telepsychiatry sessions by troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth virtual interactions
• Handle administrative inquiries promptly, providing exceptional service to patients, providers, and external partners
