Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to a diverse patient population, including those with conditions such as depression, anxiety, attention disorders, and addiction.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and offer ongoing care.
• Utilize telehealth and proprietary technology to enhance patient engagement, streamline communication, and track treatment progress.
• Enjoy control over your schedule, with a minimum of 60 minutes for initial patient intakes and 30 minutes for follow-up visits.
• Refer patients to specialists and therapists within a robust in-house referral network, ensuring seamless integration of clinical information.
• Collaborate with a dedicated administrative and clinical support team that handles patient scheduling, billing, and other non-clinical tasks.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (all subspecialties are welcome to apply).
• Active and unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry (assistance with licensure can be provided).
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with patients.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality care and cost-effective solutions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telepsychiatry or using digital health technologies in practice.
• Subspecialties in addiction medicine, child/adolescent psychiatry, or other related fields are a plus.
