Psychiatrist

Job Overview:
We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists to join our national, fully remote practice. This role offers the stability and support of a large organization while providing the autonomy of a private practice. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults, addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health disorders.
• Conduct initial intakes (minimum 60 minutes) and follow-up appointments (minimum 30 minutes), adjusting time as clinically appropriate.
• Select and manage a patient population based on your preferences, balancing acuity and diagnoses.
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network to coordinate care with specialists and therapists, sharing patient information seamlessly through our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Utilize proprietary technology to streamline documentation, lab integration, telemedicine, and patient outcome tracking.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain high standards of patient care and clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States (assistance with licensure available).
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to adopt new or streamlined EMR and telehealth tools.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to high-quality, cost-effective care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Subspecialty training is strongly encouraged but not required.
• Experience with outpatient telepsychiatry or integrated care models.
