Psychiatrist

Overview:
We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists to join our national, fully remote practice. This role combines the stability and support of a large organization with the autonomy of private practice. Our mission is to empower psychiatrists to focus on patient care by minimizing administrative burdens, providing advanced technology, and offering flexible scheduling. You will treat a patient population of your choice in a modern, integrated telehealth environment while delivering high-quality, in-network psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults, managing conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health disorders.
• Conduct initial intake appointments (minimum 60 minutes) and follow-ups (minimum 30 minutes), adjusting time as clinically appropriate.
• Choose and manage a patient population based on your preferences, balancing acuity and diagnoses.
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network to coordinate care with specialists and therapists, using our integrated EMR system to share patient information seamlessly.
• Utilize proprietary technology to streamline documentation, lab integration, telemedicine, and patient outcome tracking.
• Participate in ongoing professional development while maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry.
• Active and unrestricted U.S. medical license (assistance with licensure available).
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to adopt new or streamlined EMR and telehealth tools.
• Proactive, collaborative, and committed to high-quality, cost-effective care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Subspecialty training is encouraged but not required.
• Experience with outpatient telepsychiatry or integrated care models.
