Job Overview:
We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists to join a growing national telepsychiatry team. This opportunity offers the autonomy of private practice with the stability and support of a large, integrated practice. Psychiatrists at our organization focus on patient care while our dedicated support staff manages administrative tasks. Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults while empowering psychiatrists to practice medicine on their own terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-network, outpatient psychiatric care for patients with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders.
  • Conduct initial evaluations and follow-up appointments with flexible scheduling.
  • Select patient population according to personal preferences and clinical expertise.
  • Utilize proprietary, psychiatrist-designed technology to streamline patient care, including telemedicine, integrated EMR, lab integrations, and outcome tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with a strong in-house referral network for patient access to specialists and therapists.
  • Maintain documentation and clinical records while administrative and billing tasks are handled by support staff.

Requirements:

  • Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, technology-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in outpatient psychiatry across pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations.
  • Comfort using telemedicine platforms and integrated EMR systems.
  • Interest in contributing to a collaborative, modern practice environment.
