Position: Telepsychiatrist (Board-Certified or Board-Eligible)
Location: Fully Remote / Nationwide

Overview:
We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists to join our growing national telepsychiatry team. This role combines the autonomy of private practice with the support and stability of a large, integrated practice. Psychiatrists can focus on patient care while dedicated staff handle administrative responsibilities. Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults while empowering psychiatrists to practice medicine on their terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-network, outpatient psychiatric care for patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other disorders.
  • Conduct initial evaluations and follow-up appointments with flexible scheduling.
  • Select patient population based on personal preferences and clinical expertise.
  • Utilize proprietary technology for streamlined care, including telemedicine, integrated EMR, lab integrations, and outcome tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with an in-house referral network for access to specialists and therapists.
  • Maintain documentation and clinical records, while administrative and billing tasks are managed by support staff.

Requirements:

  • Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, technology-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in outpatient psychiatry across pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations.
  • Comfort using telemedicine platforms and integrated EMR systems.
  • Interest in contributing to a collaborative, modern practice environment.
