Job Overview

Join a modern, mission-driven outpatient psychiatric practice designed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists. We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists to provide high-quality, telehealth-based care to children and adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions. This is a fully remote position offering the flexibility, autonomy, and support typically lacking in traditional psychiatric settings.

With advanced technology, dedicated administrative staff, and a patient-first approach, this role allows you to focus on what matters most — delivering exceptional psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth
  • Treat patients with a variety of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and related disorders
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric intakes (minimum 60 minutes) and follow-up appointments (minimum 30 minutes)
  • Utilize our custom-built EMR system for patient communication, treatment planning, and documentation
  • Collaborate with in-house therapists and specialists through an integrated referral system
  • Maintain autonomy over your schedule, caseload, and treatment approach
  • Participate in clinical discussions and case reviews as needed

Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (adult or child & adolescent)
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state (licensure assistance is available)
  • Strong clinical acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with technology, including telemedicine platforms and EMR systems
  • Committed to providing patient-centered, high-quality mental health care
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Subspecialty training (e.g., Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine)
  • Multi-state licensure (support provided for obtaining additional licenses)
  • Experience working in telepsychiatry or virtual care settings
  • Familiarity with measurement-based care tools and outcome tracking
