Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and detailed patient medical history assessments.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications as needed.
• Develop personalized treatment and therapy plans for patients.
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical and therapy records.
• Provide crisis intervention and mental health support when required.
• Stay updated on new psychiatric research, treatments, and medications.

Skill & Experience

• Strong knowledge of psychiatry, psychology, and clinical medicine principles.
• Excellent communication and empathetic listening skills for patient care.
• Analytical and critical thinking for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
• Emotional resilience and patience to handle sensitive mental health cases.
• Ability to build trust and therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Time management and organizational skills for efficient case handling.
