Location: Remote (Pakistan) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Chicago Central Time Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Reporting To: Supervising / Resident Doctor (U.S.-based) --- Position Summary We are seeking a remote psychiatrist (licensed in Pakistan) to support our U.S.-based medical practice specializing in chronic care management (CCM) and principal care management (PCM). The psychiatrist will work remotely with our Illinois-based providers, calling U.S. patients for mental health follow-ups, documenting progress, and reporting back to supervising physicians in real-time. --- Key Responsibilities Conduct telephonic/video follow-ups with U.S. patients for CCM, PCM, and behavioral health services. Review and document patient progress in coordination with U.S. clinical teams. Communicate daily with supervising physician and care coordinators via secure platform. Identify mental health concerns, medication adherence issues, and social/emotional barriers. Provide concise progress summaries and escalate cases that require physician attention. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal clinical protocols. --- Requirements MD / MBBS / Psychiatrist (PMDC Registered) or equivalent with strong psychiatry experience. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Comfortable working U.S. hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Chicago Time). Experience in telehealth, mental health assessment, or chronic care management preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems, especially U.S. medical documentation, is a plus. Paid U.S. public holidays.
