We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management and collaboration within our health & wellness services. This role is key to our integrated approach to mental and physical health in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose psychiatric disorders in patients; develop and implement treatment plans including psychopharmacology and psychotherapy where appropriate.
- Provide crisis intervention and manage inpatient/outpatient cases as required.
- Collaborate with medical, psychological and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation, compliance with health regulation and ethical standards.
- Participate in clinical governance, continuing education and may supervise junior doctors/trainees.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO or equivalent) plus completion of psychiatric residency/specialist training.
- Board certification in psychiatry (or equivalent) and valid medical licence in the country of practice.
- Experience working in psychiatric clinical settings (hospital, clinic, community) with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making skills, capacity to work under stress.
Preferred:
- Subspecialty experience (child/adolescent psychiatry, forensic, workplace mental health, etc.).
- Experience in occupational/industrial health or corporate wellness environment.
- Training or experience in supervising other clinicians.
