About the Role:

Chrysalis Psychiatry is a growing outpatient mental health practice specializing in evidence-based treatments including medication management, psychotherapy, TMS, Ketamine therapy, and more.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to deliver high-quality care, make a meaningful impact on New Mexico’s diverse population, and work in a supportive, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and psychotherapy.
• Administer TMS motor thresholds and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and match billing to time scheduled with patients.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Psychiatry.
• Valid New Mexico medical license.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Experience with TMS is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
