Renew Medical Group is expanding our behavioral health footprint in Southern California and is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to support the growth of psychiatric services at Community Hospital of Redlands. Position Highlights

• 1099 independent contractor model with Renew Medical Group
• Unique 3-week rotational schedule designed for stability and lifestyle balance:
• Week 1: Inpatient psychiatric hospital coverage
• Week 2: Outpatient behavioral health clinic
• Week 3: Off
• Highly competitive annualized compensation of $350,000, prorated based on completed rotations
• Work at a PSLF-eligible nonprofit community hospital
• Strong interdisciplinary support including nursing, therapists, case management, and administrative leadership
• Leadership team committed to building a comprehensive and sustainable behavioral health service line
