Psychiatrist — Integrative Mental Health | Eastside Counseling Center, Bellevue WA

Location: Bellevue, WA (primary office), with occasional work in our Kirkland location

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation:
$130–$160+ per clinical hour, DOE, with full benefits for full-time employees

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Psychiatrist to join our growing team in Bellevue, WA. This is a unique opportunity for a psychiatrist who values collaboration, innovation, and holistic care — someone who is passionate about expanding beyond the traditional medical model and co-creating new possibilities in mental health.

You will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and integrative treatment planning as part of a dynamic, team-based care model. You’ll work closely with therapists, neurotherapy practitioners, and other specialists to offer clients individualized, whole-person care.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
  • Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized, integrative treatment plans
  • Incorporate functional and complementary medicine perspectives into care planning
  • Partner with clinicians on referrals for neurotherapy, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and other innovative interventions
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and collaborative care initiatives
  • Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of our integrative mental health model

Ideal Qualifications

MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
  • Fully licensed to practice in the state of Washington
  • 2+ years of post-residency clinical experience preferred
  • Passion for integrative, functional, and holistic approaches to mental health
  • Openness to collaborating on Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and referring clients for neurotherapy
  • Commitment to working in a collaborative, team-based care environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
  • Dedication to ongoing learning and innovation in the field of mental health
