Psychiatrist - Kansas

Lawrence, United States

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Medical Consultant (Psychiatrist)

Location: United States (Remote/Telehealth)

Employment Type: Full-time Employee (W-2)

Job Overview

Join a revolutionary medical practice, founded by psychiatrists for clinicians, dedicated to setting a new standard for outpatient mental health care accessibility. This exceptional role provides the financial and operational stability of a major group practice while affording the complete clinical autonomy of a solo practice. We are seeking accomplished, board-certified or board-eligible physicians—including those specializing in child, adolescent, adult, and addiction psychiatry—to deliver high-quality, in-network treatment. Leverage state-of-the-art, proprietary technology to manage a diverse patient population (depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders) and dedicate your focus entirely to patient care, free from overwhelming administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, evidence-based outpatient psychiatric care exclusively through a 100% remote telehealth model.
  • Conduct initial evaluations (minimum 60 minutes) and follow-up visits (minimum 30 minutes), determining the appropriate allotted time for each patient.
  • Exercise full control over clinical decisions, personal schedule, and patient criteria, balancing acuity and diagnostic preferences.
  • Utilize specialized, integrated electronic medical records (EMR) and digital tools that support streamlined telemedicine, provider-to-patient messaging, and direct laboratory integration.
  • Commit to clinical work, while all complex administrative tasks—including patient scheduling, billing, and support functions—are handled by dedicated in-house teams.
  • Collaborate within a strong, dedicated internal referral network to seamlessly connect patients with specialists and therapists.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (M.D. or D.O.) with Board Eligibility or Certification in Psychiatry. Subspecialties are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Must hold an active and unrestricted license to practice medicine. (Licensure assistance available as needed).
  • Possess excellent clinical knowledge and strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to engage proactively with streamlined EMR and proprietary technology tools.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to thrive in a collaborative clinical environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective health care.

What We Offer

  • Market-Leading Compensation: Total annual compensation ranges from $300,000 to $350,000+, consisting of a competitive base salary coupled with a productivity-based incentive. The productivity incentive is guaranteed throughout the clinician’s onboarding ramp-up period.
  • Premium Benefits Coverage: A comprehensive employee benefits plan tailored for high-earning physicians, including up to 100% coverage of premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Financial Security: Competitive 401(k) match with immediate participation eligibility.
  • Generous Leave: Substantial Paid Time Off (PTO), sick time, and 11 paid holidays.
  • Clinical Autonomy: Maximum flexibility in scheduling and the ability to select patient population criteria according to your preferences.
  • Administrative Freedom: Minimal administrative burden due to full-time, dedicated in-house billing and scheduling services.
  • Practice Support: 100% employer-paid malpractice coverage, a provided technology package, and a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance.
  • Licensing Assistance: Full administrative and financial support from our in-house licensing department to manage and cover upfront costs associated with licensure.
