Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – Outpatient Behavioral Health | Leadership Opportunity

Cerevia Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice serving adults throughout Pennsylvania.

We are seeking a physician interested in outpatient psychiatry, medication management, clinical collaboration, and leadership opportunities as we continue to grow our psychiatric services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Provide medication management services
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists and other behavioral health professionals
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in case consultations and treatment planning
• Opportunity to provide clinical oversight and collaboration with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) as services expand

Qualifications

• MD or DO Degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA Registration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred

Compensation

$125 - $175 per hour

• Flexible contractor schedule
• Part-time opportunities available immediately
• Additional compensation may be available for supervisory, leadership, or medical director responsibilities
