Position Overview

Well established outpatient behavioral health organization seeking a Physician MD licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management in a structured outpatient setting. This role focuses on high quality patient care, clinical leadership, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary behavioral health team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the lifespan
• Provide medication management and follow up care
• Collaborate with therapists, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff
• Review and sign treatment plans and clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
• Participate in case consultation and clinical oversight when appropriate

Qualifications

• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry preferred
• Active license in Pennsylvania and New Jersey required
• DEA and CDS required
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation standards
