About Us: Riverside Psychiatric Medical Group is a clinician-owned outpatient practice delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients across Southern California. The Opportunity: We are seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist for a part-time (8–20 hours/week) role with strong preference for Child and Adolescent expertise. We offer flexible scheduling, referrals, and the option to blend in-person care with telepsychiatry—no call, no weekends, no billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and medication management
• Manage common presentations: ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum, trauma, OCD, mood disorders, etc.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, nurse practitioners and pediatricians in our integrated model
• Adult/geriatric overflow available if desired

Requirements

• MD/DO with completed Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship (board-certified preferred; board-eligible considered)
• Active California medical license, DEA, and CAQH profile
• Comfort with telepsychiatry (we provide HIPAA-compliant platform)
• Malpractice coverage

Compensation & Logistics

• 1099 Contract- compensation based on reimbursement; scales with volume.
• We handle scheduling, billing, prior auths, and EMR (Valant)
• Hybrid model
