Psychiatrist - Outpatient

Position: Outpatient Psychiatrist
Location: Outpatient Clinic (Hybrid Potential)
Schedule: 1–2 days per week

About the Role:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist to join our outpatient behavioral health team. The provider will deliver psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adult patients in a collaborative, supportive environment. This is a part-time position with the potential for hybrid work, allowing a mix of remote and onsite care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult patients
• Provide ongoing medication management and treatment planning
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Participate in case reviews or team meetings as needed
• Deliver care consistent with evidence-based best practices

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient psychiatry experience preferred
• Strong communication, diagnostic, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Work Structure:

• 1–2 days per week (flexible scheduling)
• Hybrid work potential (remote and onsite mix)
• General adult outpatient caseload

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $200.00 - $210.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
