Psychiatrist/Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/Prescribing Psychologist

Green Counseling Services, PLLC is recruiting a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatrist, or Prescribing Psychologist to join our outpatient team in Coralville, Iowa. We are dedicated to providing high quality and highly accessible mental health services including individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, dietician services, medication management, and medical monitoring.

We are a practice with a strong focus on excellence. We ensure optimal clinical care via ongoing clinical training and case consultation opportunities that are offered 2-6 hours per week. We provide clinical support via resource repositories and formal training programs which include assessment training, treatment protocols, treatment guidelines, client handouts, and many other resources to best support clinical excellence.

We aim to provide empirically supported care in an accepting and supportive therapeutic atmosphere. Our provider team delivers 25 hours of clinical care per week and establish our own weekly schedules. We offer ongoing continuing education and training opportunities to invest in our ongoing professional growth and development. We offer thrice weekly case consultation opportunities and immediate access to our leadership and training team members to ensure high levels of support.

We offer five weeks of paid leave time, a $1000 training bonus, individual provider offices in updated buildings, full support from an Operations Team, and a generous W2 revenue split model.

We are seeking providers with an interest in providing generalist medication management, medical monitoring, and therapy services (if applicable) to clients with a wide variety of psychiatric presenting concerns. We are also interested in providers who would like to develop a specialty area in providing medical monitoring to ensure excellence in care for our clients with eating disorders at the outpatient and intensive outpatient levels.

- Income potential of $130,000 - $275,000 per year.
