Job Overview

Lupine Health & Wellness is a growing outpatient psychiatry practice seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our team in a flexible, independent contractor role.

This position offers autonomy, transparent compensation, and the opportunity to build a meaningful outpatient practice in a supportive environment.

Confident new graduates and experienced PMHNPs are both encouraged to apply.

Schedule

• Flexible: 16–32 hours per week
• Set your own schedule
• Hybrid model: telehealth with optional in-person visits

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations (60 minutes)
• Provide medication management follow-ups (30 minutes)
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Integrate psychotherapy interventions when appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Compensation

• $100,000/year (estimated at 16 hours/week)
• $200,000/year (estimated at 32 hours/week)
• Transparent compensation model
• No hidden splits or complex productivity tiers

Qualifications

• Active (or eligible) California PMHNP-BC license
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
