Revive is a seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team—starting as a contractor with the option to transition into a part‑time or full‑time employee role. In this position, you will collaborate with TMS technicians and clinical staff to monitor patient progress and support coordinated, integrated treatment planning.
The ideal candidate has experience in TMS and medication management and is qualified to prescribe and manage Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine‑based therapies such as Suboxone and Sublocade. Our practice offers both in‑person and telehealth medication management, as well as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for individuals with treatment‑resistant depression. As we expand—including plans to add inpatient services within the next year—you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the practice.
We are especially seeking someone with a genuine commitment to serving marginalized populations and making a meaningful impact in the community. As part of our wrap‑around care model, you will collaborate closely with Mental Health Clinicians, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) providers, Case Managers, Peer Support Specialists, and Housing and Employment staff to ensure each client receives coordinated, holistic support across all areas of care.
Key Responsibilities
· Will be the prescribing provider for the TMS program including diagnosis, initial mapping and re-mapping as prescribed
· Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental status examinations.
· Diagnose psychiatric conditions using DSM‑5 criteria.
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
· Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
· Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning.
· Deliver evidence‑based therapeutic interventions (e.g., supportive therapy, brief counseling).
· Order and interpret relevant labs or diagnostic tests.
Collaboration & Coordination
· Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, social workers, and nursing staff.
· Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
· Coordinate care with families, caregivers, and community resources when appropriate.
Documentation & Compliance
· Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies, including HIPAA.
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives to support clinical excellence
Required Qualifications
· Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
· Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license.
· Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
· Valid DEA registration with prescribing authority.
· Current BLS/CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in an outpatient or inpatient psychiatric setting.
· Previous experience with TMS & Medication management preferred
· Familiarity with trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented practices.
· Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, or geriatric patients.
· Strong understanding of evidence-based psychiatric treatments and pharmacology.
Education and Experience
· Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
· Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license.
· Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
· Valid DEA registration with prescribing authority.
· Current BLS/CPR certification.
Compensation and Benefits (Applicable to Full time, hourly/salary positions)
· Salary range for this position is $150K-$200K annually, depending on experience
· Paid Time Off: 80 hours vacation, 8 paid holidays, and accrued sick leave
· Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days of employment
· 401(k) with 3% employer match after one year of employment
· Coverage of DOH licensing, supervision, and required training costs
Conditions of Employment
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of criminal background checks, education verification, and screening through the List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE), including the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and the System for Award Management (SAM).
