We’re looking for experienced PMHNP’s and FNP’s Licensed in Oregon to join our clinical team in a telehealth role to support partner treatment centers and clinical operations.

About the Role

We are seeking multiple compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and Family Nurse Practitioners to support patients virtually at an addiction treatment center in Oregon. This role is fully remote and requires telehealth and on-call responsibilities to ensure consistent psychiatric and primary care support for individuals undergoing treatment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a substance use disorder and mental health treatment environment, collaborating with clinical staff, and providing medication management, psychiatric evaluations, history & physicals, etc. across the full continuum of a patient's recovery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and/or history & physical assessments for patients entering stabilization programs
• Provide medication management, including MAT protocols when appropriate
• Develop and oversee treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical and medical team
• Perform follow-up visits and medication adjustments
• Participate in telehealth coverage for remote consultations
• Provide on-call psychiatric support as scheduled
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and medical providers to support patient recovery

Qualifications

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP or FNP)
• Active Oregon license and prescriptive authority
• Credentialed with payors in Oregon
• DEA registration required
• Experience in addiction medicine, or behavioral health preferred
• Ability to work both in-person and via telehealth
• Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
• Dual Certified
