Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist, where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive mental health services to diverse patient populations. We are a CARF-accredited behavioral health program in Baltimore City offering integrated services including residential treatment (ASAM 3.1 and 3.5), outpatient SUD services, and community housing. We are seeking a psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a flexible consulting role.

Duties

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, including patient history, mental status examinations, and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding standards.
• Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations
• Support integrated SUD and mental health treatment
• Collaborate with clinical team and leadership

Schedule:

• Approximately 2–5 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Telehealth available

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatry or current certification as a Psychiatrist with active state licensing.
• Demonstrated experience in behavioral health
• DEA
• Experience with co-occurring disorders and SUD preferred

Compensation

• $120 – $250 per hour (based on credentials)
• 1099 independent contractor
