Job Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) / Psychiatrist

Location: Hybrid (In-Office + Telehealth)

Employment Type: Contractor

Compensation:

• PMHNP: Up to 60% of billed hours
• Psychiatrist: Negotiable based on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatrist to provide high-quality psychiatric evaluation and medication management services. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, organized, and comfortable working collaboratively with case management and therapy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions
• Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other providers
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Ohio license (PMHNP or MD/DO)
• Board certification (PMHNP-BC for nurse practitioners; Board Certified/Board Eligible for psychiatrists)
• DEA license and prescriptive authority
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in community mental health or outpatient settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Spanish-speaking skills a plus, but not required

Compensation & Schedule:

• PMHNP: Up to 60% of billed hours
• Psychiatrist: Negotiable based on experience

Flexible hybrid scheduling allows for both in-office and telehealth sessions.
