Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental‑status examinations

- Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions using evidence‑based treatment plans

- Provide medication management, including initiation, titration, and monitoring

- Order and interpret relevant labs and diagnostic tests

- Document accurately and efficiently within Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems

- Collaborate with supervising physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary partners

- Deliver patient and caregiver education on mental‑health conditions and treatment adherence

- Participate in community mental‑health initiatives and outreach

- Provide counseling, crisis‑intervention support, and family‑planning guidance when appropriate

Qualifications & Experience

We welcome both experienced psychiatric providers and new graduates with strong clinical judgment and a passion for mental‑health care.

- Proficiency in psychiatric terminology, DSM‑5 criteria, and psychopharmacology

- Familiarity with EMR systems and digital documentation workflows

- Strong foundation in motivational interviewing, health coaching, and patient education

- Understanding of systems‑based practice, integrated care, and interdisciplinary collaboration

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
