Conduct initial psychological assessment for patients and couples seeking fertility treatment.

Provide counseling for patients dealing with infertility, treatment anxiety, emotional distress, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Support patients through IVF cycles, donor programs, surrogacy, pregnancy loss, and failed cycles.

Offer coping strategies for stress, depression, anxiety, guilt, and family/social pressure.

Collaboration with IVF Team

Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning meetings.

Provide psychological insight to doctors, nurses, embryologists, and coordinators.

Support staff training on patient psychology, communication, and empathy.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate patient records, assessment reports, and therapy notes.

Develop psychological risk-assessment protocols and patient well-being metrics.

Track patient progress and contribute to outcome reporting.

Patient Experience & Support Programs

Develop emotional support programs within the center.

Create informational materials related to mental health and fertility.

Organize events for awareness about infertility and emotional wellness.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

Master’s or PhD in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.

Registration with relevant psychological council.

Minimum 2–5 years clinical experience (preferred experience in fertility, women’s health, or reproductive psychology).
