We are seeking a licensed or limited license Psychologist for a growing practice, integrating medical care and psychological care and we would love to have you as a part of our team!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Job will consist of running a full time clinical case load with 60 min visits up to 30-40 clinic hours per week (we average 35 hours per week), each employee varies on the caseload they feel comfortable with.
• Candidate will be required to do intakes as well as writing, and feedback sessions.
• Must be competent at intake assessment, diagnosis and treatment, rapport building, ethical use of therapeutic techniques
• For Psychologist positions; TLLP, LLP, or LP candidates must be familiar with psychological and neuropsychological batteries (MMPI, WAIS, WISC, etc) for evaluations

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must meet best practices and benchmarks for continued treatment and revenue production for psychotherapists in our geographic area.
• Must have computer skills competent enough to complete electronic medical records and treatment plans.
• Candidate must have excellent clinical skills and be able to treat all DSM 5 mental health disorders in a manner consistent with ethical and proven therapy techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Limited license psychologists before passing the EPPP starts between $63,000-$68,000. Once you pass your exam and become fully licensed, we will raise your pay by 5%, with a growth oriented yearly raise in addition to that of 3-7% based on performance.

Masters level Psychologists – Pay starts at $65,000-$75,000 depending on schedule worked and experience. This position also includes a growth centered increase of 3-7% per year based on performance.

Pay Differential of 5% offered to employees working Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY 1099 JOBS! We see so many, especially new practitioners, falling for the “big check” of working a 1099 job. While the large check looks great, after you have paid your taxes, paid for your unemployment tax, health insurance, retirement, and possibly billing and reception (depending on where you work), you actually have more money at the end of the year, post tax, by working with us as a W-2 employee; and you rarely get your own office, and never will you get the flexibility that we offer! You will also have the peace of mind that you don't have to wait for the practice to be paid for you to get paid. Your check is the same every pay period. We handle all billing and extras! You get an office of your own, and as a limited license we treat you just like another part of the family. You do your own intakes, treatment planning, treatment, discharge, and anything else a fully licensed individual does. All while being provided top level supervision at no cost to you!
