Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide expert psychological assessment, therapy, and support to diverse populations across outpatient and and telehealth settings. Your work will focus on delivering evidence-based interventions that promote mental well-being, resilience, and recovery. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans, conduct psychological testing, and support patients through various stages of their mental health journey. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and crisis intervention techniques
  • Manage intake processes, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress regularly
  • Perform psychological testing for diagnosis and treatment planning purposes
  • Support patients with diverse conditions including autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, addiction issues, disabilities, geriatrics, pediatrics, and behavioral health concerns
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, social workers, educators, and caregivers to coordinate care plans and optimize patient outcomes
  • Participate in research initiatives to advance clinical practices and contribute to evidence-based care strategies
  • Supervise junior staff or interns as needed while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and ethical guidelines
  • Engage in telehealth sessions to expand access to mental health services across various locations

Experience

  • Proven experience working with children and families in clinical or school settings
  • Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention and managing acute mental health episodes
  • Strong background in behavioral health assessments, psychological testing, and diagnostic evaluation
  • Experience providing therapy for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, PTSD (including PTSD Care), addiction counseling, and working with individuals with disabilities or geriatrics is preferred
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, medical records management, intake procedures, and patient care documentation
  • Skilled in conducting individual and group therapy sessions across diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics
  • Telehealth experience is advantageous for expanding service reach
  • Supervisory experience or training supervision of interns or junior clinicians is a plus

Pay: $100,884.42 - $121,495.22 per year
