Psychologist

SearchPlus HR is seeking a skilled Psychologist to join the Private Healthcare sector team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality psychological services to private patients, providing assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Working within a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support tailored to individual needs.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) or equivalent qualification
• Valid and active licensure to practice as a psychologist within the private healthcare sector
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, preferably within private healthcare
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic approaches
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and complex psychological cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Capacity to manage a demanding caseload efficiently and independently
