Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC)

Behavioral Health Clinic is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, motivated Psychologists and Post-Doctoral Clinicians to join our expanding multidisciplinary team. We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time clinicians for therapy, psychological testing, and supervisory opportunities.

Hybrid Position – Green Bay, WI

This is a hybrid position offering remote flexibility while requiring regular in-person clinical time at our Green Bay, Wisconsin office. Candidates should be comfortable providing onsite services as part of their weekly schedule.

Position Opportunities

Clinicians may tailor their role based on interests and experience, including:

• Individual therapy
• Family therapy
• Psychological and neuropsychological assessment
• Clinical supervision of master’s-level therapists
• Specialty population work based on clinician expertise and interests

Qualifications

• PhD, PsyD, or Post-Doctoral level clinician
• Wisconsin licensed, license eligible, or PSYPACT eligible
• Passion for collaborative, patient-centered mental health care

Compensation

Behavioral Health Clinic offers flexible W-2 employment models designed to support clinician career goals, scheduling preferences, and work-life balance.

Compensation Options Include

• Fee-for-service model with competitive rates based on licensure and experience
  ($95+ per billed clinical hour)

OR

• Salary compensation model with market-competitive pay based on experience, responsibilities, and clinical role

Additional compensation opportunities may be available for supervision responsibilities and leadership involvement.

Behavioral Health Clinic is a thriving private group practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Wisconsin. Our team includes psychologists, psychotherapists, speech and language therapists, school psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other behavioral health professionals.
