Riverside Specialty Care Medical Corp. is a growing multi-specialty medical practice specializing in California workers’ compensation care. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Psychologist to join our team and provide psychological evaluation and treatment services for injured workers.
The ideal candidate will have experience treating patients with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and psychosocial barriers that may affect recovery following work-related injuries.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an integrated healthcare team working alongside physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, and other specialists to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and intake assessments
* Diagnose and treat mental health conditions related to industrial injuries
* Provide individual psychotherapy through in-person and telehealth appointments
* Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable treatment goals
* Address chronic pain, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disturbances, and stress-related conditions
* Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
* Prepare treatment reports and progress reports as required for workers’ compensation cases
* Coordinate care with physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, attorneys, nurse case managers, and insurance adjusters when appropriate
* Educate patients regarding coping skills, stress management, pain management, and recovery strategies
* Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning

Qualifications
Required
* Active California Psychologist License (PhD or PsyD)
* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
* Experience providing psychotherapy to adult patients
* Excellent documentation and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary medical team
Preferred
* Experience in workers’ compensation, personal injury, disability, or occupational health settings
* Experience treating chronic pain patients
* Familiarity with California workers’ compensation regulations and reporting requirements
* Experience performing psychological evaluations and impairment assessments
* Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
