Neuro PLLC is a growing dynamic neuropsychology private practice specializing in aviation, forensic, and oncology neuropsychology. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive assessments of adults and older adults in the areas of aviation, forensic, and clinical neuropsychology. Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Psychometrist to join our team in providing high-quality neuropsychological assessments. The Psychometrist will work closely with our Neuropsychology team to administer and score tests and measures, contributing to the diagnostic process and treatment planning for our clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently hiring for a part-time position, 3 days per week (opportunity to work up to 4 days per week) with potential future opportunities for a full-time position. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, as well as opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Previous experience working as a Psychometrist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with administering and scoring neuropsychological tests, such as intelligence tests, memory assessments, and executive function measures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare test materials and ensure they are organized and maintained appropriately.
• Standardized administration and scoring of a variety of neuropsychological tests under the supervision of the Neuropsychologist.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of test administration and scoring.
• Collaborate with the Neuropsychologist in test selection and interpretation to ensure comprehensive assessment of clients' cognitive functioning.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of job performance.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
