Administer various types of standardized psychological tests to patients, including cognitive tests (i.e., attention and memory tests), personality inventories, among others.

  • Set up and collect demographic information from patient
  • Work one on one with patient, administering standardized tests to patient.
  • Adapt the administration of test to the specific needs of each patient while staying within the standardized procedures set forth for each specific test.
  • Provide detailed written behavioral observations of the examinee that may be used by the neuropsychologist to aid in test interpretation.
  • Trouble-shoot difficult testing situations

Perform administrative tasks in support of testing and process improvement.

  • Accurately score tests according to standardized rules and using appropriate norms
  • Perform data entry using specialized neuropsychological software.
  • Perform various clerical or administrative duties that include but are not limited to patient scheduling, correspondence with outside providers/clinics and attorneys and procurement of office and testing supplies.
  • Participate in practice improvements by implementing changes to procedures/workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting with the delivery of compassionate and personalized patient care.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
  • Previous clinical experience using psychological tests is preferred.
  • Experience working with patients who have medical or neurological conditions is desirable.
