Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and couples/family therapy sessions for clients with mental health disorders and developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and motivational interviewing.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Advocate for clients' rights and provide resources for community support.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Valid license or certification as a Psychotherapist or Mental Health Counselor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
