Psychotherapist, Private Practice

Triangle Cognitive Therapy is not your typical group private practice. Our mission is to provide the highest quality treatment with a CBT focus to children, adolescents and adults while providing the utmost support to our therapists. Our organization provides all the flexibility that private practitioners enjoy without the isolation or insurance headaches that come with the job. Our clinicians are part of a multidisciplinary team who work collaboratively and support each other. Additionally, our group has a dedicated intake coordinator and billing/insurance specialist who provide full support with billing, insurance paneling, and paperwork management.

Triangle Cognitive Therapy is looking to hire fully licensed mental health providers (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT) or highly qualified provisionally licensed clinicians to join our growing and thriving group practice. Candidates must be willing to market themselves and the practice to grow our referral base and recognition in the community. Potential candidates must be hard working and committed team members. This is a W-2 position .

Triangle Cognitive Therapy has offices in Rockville Centre, NY and in Westbury, NY. This position is in our Westbury office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Skills & Qualifications

• Licensure social work, mental health counseling, marriage/family therapy or creative arts therapy is required. Provisional licensure will be considered.
• Must be willing provide in person services.
• Must be open to working evenings and weekends.
• Open to working with children and adolescents, family and group therapy.

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
