Psychotherapist, Private Practice

Bloom Therapeutics is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated, compassionate Licensed Therapist (LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT) to join our team! Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments.
• Provide individualized therapy services tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Support administrative functions such as:
• Answering and returning phone calls
• Participating in community engagement events
• Attending staff meetings

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid license or certification as a Psychotherapist including LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT. Associate licenses will be considered.
- Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions-at least one year of experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
- Familiarity with working with vulnerable populations
- Strong clinical counseling skills and ability to provide effective therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
