Physical Therapy Aide / Rehab Technician – Full-Time

Hours: Monday , Wednesday, Thursday 7:40 AM – 4:00 PM, Tuesday, Friday: 8:40AM-5PM

A busy private medical practice is seeking a dependable and experienced Physical Therapy Aide/Rehab Technician to assist our Chiropractic Physician (DC) in delivering high-quality physical therapy services to patients. This full-time position involves frequent standing, walking, and direct patient interaction in a fast-paced but supportive clinic environment.

About the Role:
As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in both patient care and clinic operations. You’ll work closely with the doctor and other team members to ensure patients receive effective, compassionate care while supporting the day-to-day needs of the clinic.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervising physician in providing physical therapy services to patients.
• Guide and educate patients through prescribed exercise programs, ensuring proper form and technique.
• Offer encouragement and support to help patients complete exercises confidently and safely.
• Operate therapy equipment such as electrical stimulation machines, ultrasound, and vasopneumatic compression devices.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by sanitizing therapy equipment daily.
• Perform light cleaning duties including restocking supplies, laundering towels weekly, and keeping frequently used areas like the kitchen and bathrooms tidy.
• Track and manage inventory on a monthly basis.
• Make occasional patient calls for scheduling and follow-up.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to help manage clinic flow and ensure patients are seen on time.
